With more than 35 years of experience in the construction, banking, and finance industries, Tim brings a diverse and valuable perspective to every project. His strengths include sequencing projects to ensure smooth transitions between trades, maintaining workflow, and keeping projects on schedule and within budget. Throughout his career, he has managed both residential and commercial projects ranging from small renovations to multi-million-dollar developments. One of his standout accomplishments includes managing a complete restaurant remodel in downtown Ann Arbor in under 18 hours. Tim values the collaborative, family-oriented culture at Veritas Custom Homes and enjoys being part of a team where every voice matters. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, fishing, sports, outdoor activities, and spontaneous road trips with his wife.
