Steve brings a unique blend of reliability, experience, and hands-on skill to the Rebuild team. Before joining us, he spent 20 years running the bottled water plant at Arbor Springs Water Company, where he learned the value of consistency, problem-solving, and organization.

Outside of work, Steve gravitated toward the trades—spending his spare time taking on carpentry side jobs and helping family and friends with handyman projects. That passion eventually led him to Rebuild, where over the last five years he has grown into a highly skilled and trusted lead carpenter.

Steve always says Rebuild is the best place he’s ever worked, and it shows in the pride he takes in every job and in the support he brings to those around him.
