Robert serves as Director of Sales and Estimating at Veritas, a role he has shaped over the past three years. His journey with Veritas began long before joining the team, as a repeat client who experienced firsthand the company’s commitment to quality and trust. That personal connection now informs his work every day, helping him understand and enhance the client experience from concept to completion.

With more than 15 years of operational leadership as a former Operations Manager for a textbook company in Ypsilanti, Michigan, Robert brings a balance of strategic vision and practical execution to his role. He excels at translating clients’ ideas into thoughtful designs and transparent, detailed budgets, and he takes great satisfaction in helping them bring their custom building or remodeling dreams to life.

Outside of work, Robert serves as Music Director at his church, where he shares his musical talents on piano, guitar, drums, and even accordion. His blend of creativity, discipline, and community spirit makes him a valued and versatile member of the Veritas team.
