Pre-Construction Services

Veritas Custom Homes engages with clients at the very beginning of their project, working with architects, engineers, interior designers, landscapers, pool companies, and other specialty trade partners to thoughtfully and methodically plan your home.

Our team handles all pre-construction activities such as site surveying, engineering, soil and water sampling, permitting, homeowners association (HOA) reviews and approvals, historic or preservation committee reviews, soil and silt fences, tree clearing, site prep, and all the other necessary work ahead of project kickoff.

At every stage in the process, Veritas will explain your options and guide you through major decisions, selections, choosing materials and appliances, cost estimating, budget, schedule and all other facets of your project so there aren’t surprises. We created a 7-step journey called “The Veritas Process” to help clients understand the construction timeline and make informed choices along the way.
