Michael serves as the Operations Manager at Veritas, bringing a unique blend of leadership, education, and hands-on experience to the team. After spending 25 years in education as a teacher and principal, Michael took a leap of faith and founded the Saint Joseph the Worker Academy, an endeavor that ultimately led him into the building trades.

At Veritas, Michael combines his background in leadership and education in a fresh and innovative way. From recruiting and developing an outstanding team to streamlining systems and processes, he is committed to serving the company, supporting clients, and helping the team grow both on and off the jobsite. 

Driven by a passion for serving others, Michael finds fulfillment in supporting clients, mentoring crew members, and strengthening the community. He considers his work at Veritas to be his dream job, building timeless homes while teaching and mentoring others.

Outside of work, Michael finds his greatest joy in faith and family life—being a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He also enjoys coaching basketball, spending time with friends, and fly fishing.
