Her interest in construction began early, helping her father with home projects and remodeling work. In 2021, she gained her first professional experience on job sites as a summer laborer, and in 2023, she continued building her skills with Veritas while working part-time at Jimmy John’s.

Now full-time with Veritas, Grace enjoys finish carpentry and design details, where the final touches bring a project to life. Her hands-on experience also supports her future goals in interior design, giving her a deeper understanding of how construction, materials, and design come together to create well-crafted, personalized homes.
