Elsa serves as the Executive Assistant and Head of Marketing Development at Veritas. Before stepping into this exciting new role, she spent 15 years as a nurse at Trinity Health of Ann Arbor. Many of the skills she developed in nursing—communication, organization, and relationship-building—translate seamlessly into the building industry.

Elsa is passionate about connection and collaboration. Whether working with clients, partners, or team members, she enjoys getting to know people and finding ways to best support them. She takes great pride in being part of a team that lives out its purpose every day, and is deeply dedicated to the company’s mission: “To build homes well while fostering strong relationships.”

Outside of work, Elsa enjoys coaching her kids’ soccer teams, cheering them on in their various sports, and spending time with her family. She loves reading, learning new things, and cozying up for a good Friday night movie.
