Dietrich “Deke” Ludwig was homeschooled as one of seven children and developed a passion for creating and inventing from a young age. At just 15, he built his own electric car, and more recently, he designed and constructed an off-grid camper van.

He studied filmmaking and environmental studies in college, combining creativity with a curiosity for how things work.

Driven by a love for craftsmanship and learning, Deke finds joy in building thoughtfully designed projects and working with his hands.

Whether he’s deep in a book about quantum physics or in the workshop bringing his next idea to life, he’s always exploring new ways to connect creativity, design, and purpose.
